Where do you ship from ?
We ship from Perth, AUSTRALIA
Once paid, how long until I receive my order ?
We know your want your new goodies ASAP. 99.9% of the time, we’ll get them on their way to you within 1 business day. During peak periods (sales, new releases etc) please allow an extra day or so. Shipping confirmation & a tracking number will be emailed straight to your inbox (If nothing arrives, just check your junk folder, they sometimes go there). If for any reason your order is delayed, we’ll be in touch. Within Australia you can expect to receive your order in 1-7 business days, anywhere else in the world please allow up to 4 weeks. If you have any issues with shipping, or your order hasn’t arrived, just give us a shout we’ll help sort it out straight away.
Unsure of size ?
Most of our products are “True to Size”.. but just check the description for any info that may help you pick a size & we always recommend to size up if you are unsure or inbetween sizes
Do you accept returns & exchanges ?
Please choose carefully and check sizing recommendations.. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange if the item is faulty (or incorrect product sent – whoops!). Just contact us within 7 days of receipt of purchase with any issues so we can sort them out quick smart! Items must be unworn & with tags attached for us to offer a full refund. Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless item is faulty of course)
